Introduction to the course, an introduction to yoga, and "What is Health" โ the understanding every practice rests on.
Sukshma Vyayama โ Preparation
Gentle warm-ups for the eyes, neck, shoulders, arms and legs. The groundwork that prepares the body to open safely.
Asanas & Pranayama
Abdominal breathing, Surya Namaskar, Savasana, Leg Raises, Matsyasana (Fish Pose) and Spinal Twist.
Deepening the Practice
Belly and full yogic breathing, with guided repetition until the postures become second nature.
Building the Flow
Full yogic breath, Anuloma Viloma, Sun Salutation, Leg Raises, Matsyasana, Makarasana and Bhujangasana (Cobra).
Strength & Balance
Kapalabhati, Anuloma Viloma stage 2, Ardha Salabhasana (Half Locust) and Vrikshasana (Tree Pose).
